研究目的：

主要通过比较观察糖尿病足人群和单普通糖尿病人群中骨密度、FRAX及血清miRNA-25水平变化情况，以探讨骨质疏松对糖尿病足发生发展的影响以及探究血清miRNA-25在骨质疏松及糖尿病足患者中的水平变化，寻找早期检测糖尿病足的可能血清学标志物，为防治糖尿病足提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of osteoporosis on the development of diabetic foot and the exploration of serum miRNA-25 in osteoporosis and diabetes were investigated by comparing the changes of bone mineral density, FRAX and serum miRNA-25 levels in diabetic foot population and single general diabetes group. The level of changes in the foot patients, looking for possible early detection of diabetic foot potential serological markers, to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并甲亢、甲旁亢、肾上腺皮质机能亢进、高泌乳素血症、肢端肥大症；
（2）合并严重肝、肾功能不全者；
（3）合并肾病综合症致肾性骨病患者；
（4）合并骨髓疾病、白血病患者；
（5）服用糖皮质激素类、抗骨质疏松药物者；
（6）妊娠或准备妊娠、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with hyperthyroidism, parathyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction, hyperprolactinemia, acromegaly.
(2) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
(3) Patients with renal osteopathy complicated by nephrotic syndrome.
(4) Patients with bone marrow disease and leukemia.
(5) Those who take glucocorticoids and anti-osteoporosis drugs.
(6) Pregnancy or preparation for pregnancy, lactating women.
