研究目的：

本课题拟在痴呆发病危险因素和保护因素评估的基础上，构建多模式综合干预方案，主要干预手段为膳食指导、体能训练、认知训练、代谢指标和血管危险因素管理与监测，并采用随机对照试验评价该干预方案对MCI患者认知功能、运动耐力、躯体综合能力、抑郁及生活质量的影响，以验证其延缓MCI病情进展的效果，本研究将为延缓MCI病情进展、降低痴呆发生率、减轻家庭和社会的照护及经济负担开辟新的路径。  

Objectives of Study：

this study aims to design a multi-modual intervention on the basis of risk factor assessment. A randomized controlled trial will be implemented to examine its effectiveness on slow down the progression of MCI by evaluating patients cognitive function, exercise capacity, comprehensive physical function, depression and quality of life. This study will open up a new path to slow down the progression of MCI, reduce the incidence of dementia, alleviate the care and economic burden of families and society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有其他严重的神经或精神疾病（如，精神错乱）或脑损伤；
②　由严重的头部外伤史者；
③　伴有严重的视觉和听力损伤；
④　患有严重的躯体疾病等无法完成干预者；
⑤　正在参与另外一项研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other serious neurological or mental illness (e.g., insanity) or brain injury;
(2) severe head trauma history;
(3) with severe visual and hearing impairment;
(4) suffering from serious physical diseases and other unable to complete the intervention.
