To compare the postoperative optical quality in eyes with customized selection and random selection of aspheric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不规则性角膜散光或规则性角膜散光>1.00 D；其它可能影响术后视力恢复的眼病理性改变如各种角膜疾患、青光眼、视网膜及视神经视路疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

Corneal astigmatism>1.00 diopters (D), irregular astigmatism and other ocular pathology that could potentially affect the postoperative vision, such as corneal pathology, uncontrolled glaucoma, existing retinal or optic neuropathy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有原始数据由林佳和田靖两位研究员采集。所有客观检查指标均重复测量三次，在仪器认可的准确度条件下，择取仪器自动选择的最可靠的一组数据并将其记录于数据采集表上。每日研究数据采集结束后，两位研究员将纸质采集表上的数据录入电子数据采集系统。研究组的主要负责人谭青青和兰长骏每周将对数据进行核查，确保纸质数据和电子数据的一致性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All the data collection was carried out by JL and JT. All the objective outcome measurements were performed three times. Under the condition of the accuracy approved by the instruments, the two investigators will record the most reliable sets of data that were automatically selected by the instruments on the data sheets. After the daily data collection, the two investigators will input the data into the electronic data collection system. The principal investigators QQT AND CJL will check the data weekly to ensure the consistency of the data on the data sheets and in the electronic data collection system.
