研究目的:

通过建立口腔颌面部运动功能数据库和运动功能虚拟模型,开展以功能恢复为导向的口-颌-面系统的个性化手术设计,研发基于功能运动虚拟模型的口腔颌面部修复重建计算机辅助设计系统,涵盖术前设计、术中实现、术后验证、功能康复,以期获得更精细、更个性化、可预测的功能性颌面重建修复的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Through the establishment of the oral and maxillofacial motor function database and the virtual model of motor function, the personalized surgical design of the mouth-manipulating-face system based on functional recovery was developed, and the computer-aided design of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction based on functional motion virtual model was developed. The system covers preoperative design, intraoperative realization, postoperative verification, and functional rehabilitation, with the expectation of obtaining a more detailed, more personalized and predictable clinical maxillofacial reconstruction.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)各种原因无法完成系列测量的,例如带有起搏器或金属制品不能进行核磁共振检查,前牙多牙松动无法固定运动记录仪等;
(2)无法配合或者精神疾患;
(3)无法行核磁共振检查者;
(4)正畸治疗史;
(5)偏侧咀嚼习惯;
(6)颞下颌关节弹响、疼痛及张口受限史;
(7)系统性疾病累及颞下颌关节者,如类风湿性关节炎;
(8)颞下颌关节创伤史;
(9)颞下颌关节肿瘤病史;
(10)颞下颌关节治疗史。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) The series measurement cannot be completed for various reasons, for example, the magnetic resonance test cannot be performed with a pacemaker or a metal product, and the anterior teeth are loose and the motion recorder cannot be fixed;
(2) unable to cooperate or mental illness;
(3) Those who cannot perform MRI;
(4) With history of orthodontic treatment;
(5) With biased side chewing habits;
(6) With history of ringing, pain and constriction of mouth opening of the mandibular joint;
(7) With systematic disease affecting the temporomandibular joint, such as rheumatoid arthritis;
(8) With history of traumatic mandibular joint trauma;
(9) With history of mandibular joint tumors;
(10) With history of treatment of mandibular joints.
