研究目的：

（1）基于医院的病理性近视的患病情况，临床特征和视觉质量相关性研究。 （2）分析中国病理性近视并发的脉络膜新生血管抗VEGF治疗现状和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To study the correlation between clinical features and visual quality of pathological myopia, which is based on the hospital morbidity in China; (2) To analyze the current status and efficacy of anti-vascular therapy of choroidal neovascularization in pathological myopia in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往眼外伤或者内眼手术史（白内障手术除外）；
对检查欠合作，无法获得按要求的影像学资料和相关病历资料的患者；
合并明显的精神状态异常，存在沟通或者学习障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous eye trauma or internal eye surgery (except cataract surgery);
2. Patients who do not cooperate with the examination can not obtain the required imaging data and related medical records;
3. Suffered with obvious mental disorders, communication or learning disabilities.
