Objectives of Study：

To follow up the changes of cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with Parkinson's disease after surgery, so as to provide early intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在识字问题,有语言困难,有听力或视觉障碍,有服用任何药物治疗精神疾病的历史,有神经系统疾病(如中风、癫痫、或痴呆)，有其他系统严重并发症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Literacy problems, language difficulties, hearing or visual impairment, a history of taking any medication for mental illness, neurological disorders (such as stroke, epilepsy, or dementia), and other serious systemic complications.
