研究目的：

本研究拟通过多中心随机对照单盲临床试验研究，评估严重烧伤早期预防性“降阶梯”与“升阶梯”使用抗生素对严重烧伤患者感染发生率、死亡率等转归和预后的影响，以及对医源性多重耐药菌株的防治作用，从而为烧伤患者的抗生素预防性使用提供指导、为烧伤后医源性多重耐药菌株感染防治提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of prophylactic "descending ladder" and "ascending ladder" use of antibiotics on the incidence of infection, mortality and prognosis in patients with severe burn, as well as the preventive and therapeutic effects of iatrogenic multi-drug resistant strains, so as to provide guidance for prophylactic use of antibiotics in burn patients. It provides scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iatrogenic multi-drug resistant strain infection after burn.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）既往有明确恶性肿瘤、艾滋病、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病患者；
2）烧伤前既有全身特异性感染患者（如TB，军团菌等）；
3）已怀孕或哺乳期患者；
4）全身机能衰竭者；
5）电击伤以或化学烧伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient with tumor, AIDS, diabetes or autoimmune diseases;
2. Patient with specific infection such as tuberculosis, legionella and others;
3. Pregnant or breastfeeding woman;
4. Patient with systemic failure;
5. Patient with coagulation dysfunction;
6. Patient who suffered cardiac infraction or cerebrovascular accident within past 6 months;
7. Patient who has poor adaptivity and cannot complete treatment schedual of the trial;
8. Patient who has a serious disease of the heart, liver or kidney, or had a blood producing disorder, and inclination to bleed or bleeding disease;
