研究目的：

研究跟腱合并局部皮肤软组织缺损的病人，在采用腓肠肌肌腱-腓肠神经营养血管复合皮瓣进行一期修复后，患者的长期功能恢复情况，以探究该方法在临床中应用的适应症及临床应用价值，并且为治疗跟腱合并局部皮肤软组织缺损提供诊疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To reconstruct the Achilles Tendon and Overlying Soft Tissue Defects with Sural Neurocutaneous-Gastrocnemius Tendon Composite Flap in one-stage. The long-term functional recovery was explored to manifest the indications and clinical application value of the method in clinical application, and to provide a diagnosis and treatment strategy for the treatment of Achilles tendon combined with local skin and soft tissue defects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有下列疾病者：糖尿病、颈椎病、风湿及类风湿关节炎、周围神经炎、腕部创伤、慢性疼痛、抑郁症等各类精神疾病或障碍、脑血管疾病、脑部创伤、帕金森病、阿尔兹海默病、多发性硬化、严重的系统性疾病。
（2）患侧下肢有先天性疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with the following diseases: diabetes, cervical spondylosis, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuritis, wrist trauma, chronic pain, depression and other mental illnesses or disorders, cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, and Pa Jinsen's disease, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, severe systemic disease.
(2) Patients with obvious surgical contraindications.
