通过国内门诊CHB患者人群了解国内CHB患者存在肾功能不全和肾功能相关疾病的比例。 描述国内CHB患者的基线特征和抗病毒治方案，以及探讨患者基线特征和抗病毒治疗方案与肾功能不全的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the proportion of renal insufficiency and renal related diseases in China CHB patients through China out-patient CHB patient populations. To describe the baseline characteristics and antiviral regimens of China CHB patients, and to explore the correlation between baseline characteristics and antiviral regimens and renal insufficiency of patients.
