探究NAION患眼视网膜厚度、血管密度等眼底结构与正常眼的差异、以及与视野缺损、视力、血压、眼压等的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the deferences between NAION eyes and healthy eyes regarding retinal thickness, vessel density, and other structure shown by OCTA; To explore the correlation between OCTA outcomes and visual field defect, visual acuity, bloop pressure, intraocular pressure and etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：
1) 年龄<40岁或>80岁；
2) 高度近视或远视；
3) 可造成视野异常或视乳头异常的眼部及全身疾病；
4) 不能配合完成检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) aged < 40years or >80 years;
2) myopia S.E. <-6.0 or hyperopia S.E. >+3.0;
3) other diseases with VF defect or optic neuropathy;
4) can not cooperate with examinations.
