研究目的:

1.建立病理性近视黄斑区脉络膜厚度的参考值; 2.总结病理性近视患者黄斑区视网膜、脉络膜的微小病理改变特点; 3.探讨影响病理性近视黄斑区病变及患者视力的主要因素。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Establish the reference value of choroid thickness in macular area of pathological myopia; 2. Summarize the characteristics of microscopic pathological changes of retina and choroid in patients with pathological myopia; 3. To explore the main factors affecting macular lesions and visual acuity of patients with pathological myopia.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

患者既往有其他眼病史,如青光眼、白内障、眼外伤、视网膜脱离等。
患者因个体因素不愿接受OCTA检查或者不能坚持随访的。

Exclusion criteria:

The patient had a history of other eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataract, eye trauma, retinal detachment, etc.;
Patients unwilling to receive OCTA examination or unable to follow up due to individual factors.
