研究目的：

1.通过提取颈型颈椎病患者X线片资料，对其生理曲度，颈椎力学改变进行数据分析，模拟出颈型颈椎病患者颈椎曲度改变和力学平衡角度。 2.通过麦饭石、碧玺、砭石等矿物质提纯，并利用现代纳米技术进行二次加工，分离出对人体有益无害的远红外线材料。 3.利用医用硅胶高活性吸附的特点，将远红外材料融合在颈椎枕力学平衡点，制作成远红外保健枕。 4.将产品推广至颈型颈椎病人群使用并进行临床观察，在指定时间内随访，填写疼痛、睡眠、SF-36生活质量评分量表，对其保健效果进行观察，为申请保健器械提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By extracting X-ray data of patients with cervical spondylosis, the changes of physiological curvature and cervical mechanics were analyzed, and the changes of cervical curvature and mechanical balance angle of patients with cervical spondylosis were simulated. 2. Through the purification of minerals such as medical stone, tourmaline and stone needle, and the secondary processing with modern nanotechnology, the far-infrared materials which are beneficial and harmless to human body are separated. 3. The far-infrared material was fused into the mechanical equilibrium point of cervical spine pillow to make the far-infrared health pillow by utilizing the characteristics of high active adsorption of medical silica gel. 4. Promote the product to cervical spondylotic patients and make clinical observation. Follow-up within a specified time, fill in the pain, sleep, SF-36 quality of life scale, and observe its health care effect, so as to provide a basis for applying for health care devices.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 合并有严重心脑血管病、精神病或者妊娠期及哺乳期者；
2 颈椎关节有脱位、骨折、结核、椎管内占位性病变；
3 脊柱先天性疾病或强直性脊柱炎等疾病导致不能平卧者；
4 有明确手术指标的脊髓型或神经根型颈椎病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, psychosis or pregnancy and lactation;
2 Cervical joint dislocation, fracture, tuberculosis and space-occupying lesions in spinal canal;
3 Congenital diseases of the spine or ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases leading to the inability to lie on the ground;
4 Patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy or radiculopathy who have definite surgical indicators.
