研究目的：

通过前瞻性的设计来观察黄斑裂孔术前、术后黄斑区表层与深层无灌注区的面积与黄斑裂孔面积、黄斑区水肿面积以及外界膜、椭圆体带损伤程度和视力预后之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The prospective design was used to observe the relationship between the surface and deep non-perfusion area of macular area macular hole area, macular edema area, injury degree of external membrane, ellipsoid band and visual prognosis before and after macular hole repaire surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）研究眼角膜、晶状体严重混浊，不能看清眼底；
2）研究眼合并视网膜血管病变、葡萄膜炎、眼外伤史、视网膜裂孔等眼部疾病；
3）研究眼曾行玻璃体视网膜手术；
4）患者存在手术禁忌症，手术风险高。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Cornea and lens of the study eye are severely turbid, and the fundus cannot be seen clearly;
2) The study eye with retinal vasculopathy, uveitis, history of ocular trauma, retinal tears and other eye diseases;
3) The study eye has undergone vitreoretinal surgery;
4) The patient has surgical contraindications and with high risk of undertaking surgery.
