研究目的：

比较肾脏血供区域阻断机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术与肾脏血供完全阻断机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗早期肾癌（cT1N0M0）的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical outcomes of regional renal blood supply occlusion with complete renal blood supply occlusion of robotic partial nephrectomy(RPN) in patients with early-stage(cT1N0M0) renal masses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①凝血功能异常
②术前GFR＜60ml/min
③非解剖性或功能性孤立肾
④RENAL评分＞10
⑤存在影像学检查禁忌症或对造影剂过敏
⑥伴有慢性肾脏病
⑦伴有糖尿肾病
⑧伴有良性肾脏病变，如肾囊肿、肾结石等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
2. Patients with GFR < 60ml / min before operation;
3. Patients with non anatomic or functional solitary kidney;
4. Patients with renal score > 10;
5. Patients with contraindications to imaging examination or allergic to contrast media;
6. Patients with chronic kidney disease;
7. Patients with diabetic nephropathy;
8. Patients with benign renal diseases, such as renal cysts, kidney stones, etc
