研究目的：

本课题通过对MCI患者的筛查和综合评价；第一步，探讨血清Aβ1-42、血清炎性因子结合ApoEε4预测MCI进展至AD的价值；第二步，对照认知功能障碍相关认知域指标，进一步细化量表不同认知领域损害的特点，探讨认知领域的不同变化对预测MCI进展至AD的意义；第三步，运用MRI的DTI技术，分析DTI指标差异预测MCI进展至AD的意义；通过优化血清、量表和影像评估方案为临床尽早启动MCI进展至AD的早期干预提供一定客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The subject through screening and comprehensive evaluation of MCI patients; In the first step, the value of serum A beta 1-42 and serum inflammatory factors in combination with ApoE epsilon 4 in predicting the progression of MCI to AD was discussed. Second, compare the cognitive domain indicators related to cognitive dysfunction, further refine the characteristics of impairment in different cognitive domains of the scale, and discuss the significance of different changes in cognitive domains in predicting the progress of MCI to AD. Third, the significance of DTI index difference in predicting MCI progress to AD was analyzed by using MRI DTI technology. By optimizing the serum, scale and image evaluation scheme, we can provide some objective basis for early intervention from MCI to AD.
