研究目的:

本研究拟对中老年人群腰椎行DXA、QCT、mDIXON-Quant、IVIM-DWI多模态影像学评估,分别无创性测定面积骨密度、体积骨密度、脂肪参数以及血流灌注参数,同时测定相关血清标志物,旨在比较不同骨量患者影像学及血清学指标的差异,同时通过一年的随访,依据有否新发脆性骨折分进展组和稳定组,比较二组患者影像学参数的差异,评估多模态影像学技术早期诊断OP以及预测脆性骨折的价值,为骨质量的体检筛查以及OP患者综合评估建立合理的影像学检查框架。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to scan the lumbar vertebrae of middle-aged and elderly medical examination patients using DXA, QCT, mDIXON-Quant and IVIM-DWI to measure the areal bone mineral density (BMD), volume BMD, fat parameters, and perfusion parameters. Serum markers will also be tested. The differences in imaging and serological indicators of patients with different BMD were compared. Through a one-year follow-up, the differences in imaging parameters of the two groups (progress and stable groups) were compared based on whether there are new fragile fractures. To evaluate the value of multi-mode imaging for early diagnosis of OP and prediction of fragile fractures, and to establish a reasonable imaging examination framework for the screening of bone quality in medical examination patients and the comprehensive assessment of OP patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有骨代谢异常疾病, 如甲状旁腺亢进、糖尿病、库欣综合征、肾性骨营养不良等;
2.服用影响骨代谢药物,如皮质类固醇、降钙素、维生素D、二膦酸盐等;
3.有恶性肿瘤以及放化疗史;
4.卧床超过1周以上;
5.严重抑郁症、精神分裂症等精神疾病或长期服用抗精神病药物;
6.幽闭恐惧症, 起搏器植入或其他原因无法进行磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Abnormal bone metabolism, such as hyperparathyroid, diabetes, Cushing's syndrome, renal bone malnutrition, etc.;
2. Take drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as corticosteroids, calcitonin, vitamin D, bisphosphonates, etc.;
3. History of malignant tumor after radiation therapy or chemotherapy;
4. Stay in bed for more than 1 week;
5. Severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases or long-term use of antipsychotics;
6. People with claustrophobia, pacemaker implantation or other causes who can not undergo an MRI examination.
