1. 获得各类青光眼患者远端房水流出通道的特点，旨在进一步解释各类青光眼的发生机制。 2. 了解不同青光眼手术前后患者的房水流出通道发生了什么改变，旨在为解释手术机制、改进手术设计、提高手术成功率提供线索。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To acquire the characteristics of the distal aqueous humor outflow of various types of glaucoma patients, aiming to explain the mechanism of glaucoma. 2. To understand the changes in the aqueous humor outflow of patients before and after glaucoma surgery, aiming to provide clues to explain the surgical mechanism, complete the surgical design, and improve the success rate of the operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往接受过眼科手术治疗；
2．除白内障外，还伴有其他眼病的患者；
3．对造影剂过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone eye surgery previously;
2. Patients suffered from other eye diseases besides cataract;
3. Patients who are allergic to contrast agents.
