研究目的: |
射血分数保留型心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, HFpEF)在老年人群中发生率高,预后差。HFpEF的病理生理学机制复杂,生物学表型多样,使得治疗缺乏针对性。HFpEF的生物学表型异质性进行整合,进一步探讨不同表型下的病理生理学机制,研究相应的靶向干预手段。心脏影像技术在确定心衰生物学表型具有重要作用,而磁共振作为一项无创影像已经广泛用于评估心衰患者的心脏功能、结构以及组织改变。本研究运用心脏功能磁共振最新的多参数评价技术(心脏结构、心肌力学,心肌组织特征、肺血管评估、心肌代谢),探索衰弱与心脏表型关系,也有望为HFpEF提供准确的心脏表型分类,为未来的致病机制研究和靶向治疗研发提供科学的理论依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The incidence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is high in the older adults and the prognosis is poor. The pathophysiological mechanism of HFpEF is complex and the biological phenotype is diverse, the treatment lacks specificity. The biological phenotype heterogeneity of HFpEF was integrated to further explore the pathophysiological mechanisms under the different phenotypes and to develop interventions. Imaging plays an important role in determining the biological phenotype of heart failure, and cardiac magnetic resonance as a non-invasive image has been widely used to assess cardiac function, structure, and tissue charactertics in patients with heart failure. This study used thee multi-parameter cardiac functional magnetic resonance (heart structure, myocardial mechanics, myocardial tissue characteristics, pulmonary vascular assessment, myocardial metabolism) to explore the relationship between frailty and cardiac phenotype, and is also expected to provide accurate cardiac phenotype for HFpEF. |
