评价健脑舒筋方治疗痉挛型脑瘫的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiannao Shujin Decoction in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等内科疾病者；
（2）伴有严重并发症者，如严重癫痫；
（3）伴有严重精神异常，不能配合康复和随访者；
（4）因各类原因导致相关观察指标收集不全者；
（5）对受试药物过敏者；
（6）入组前后接受肉毒素、神经干细胞移植、口服其他药物等治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
(2) Patients with severe complications, such as severe epilepsy;
(3) Patients with severe mental disorders who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation and follow-up;
(4) Incomplete collection of relevant observation indicators due to various reasons;
(5) allergic to trial medicines;
(6) patient received other treatments such as Botulinum toxin,neural stem cell transplantation,takeother drugs before and after intervention.

项目负责人员穆晓红用SPSS 20.0软件(IBM，Armonk，NY，USA)生成随机化表格，将研究纳入的100例患者编序号1~60号，在随机号码表上任意规定抽样的起点和抽样的顺序，依次从随机号码表上抽取样本编号号码，随机分为试验组与对照组，每组30例。
