多种脑部结构变化与老龄化脑及2型糖尿病脑相关。本研究旨在探讨基于磁共振检查的脑萎缩及病变指数(brain atrophy and lesion index, BALI)评分对糖尿病脑认知障碍的预测性能  

Objectives of Study：

a variety of brain structural changes associated with aging and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study is to explore the performance of brain atrophy and lesions index in predict of cognitive impairment in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、头颅磁共振图像伪影干扰比较大影响BALI评分
2、一般临床资料不完整，如糖尿病病史
3、脑出血和/或大面积脑梗塞等影响认知功能的疾病
4、影响认知功能的相关先天神经性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. poor-quality images;
2. general clinical data is incomplete, such as diabetes history;
3. cerebral hemorrhage and / or large area of cerebral infarction and other diseases affecting cognitive function;
4. congenital neurological diseases affecting cognitive function.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有数据采用SPSS 17.0汇总，相关的电子记录存入专门的硬盘，所有的相关数据由研究组负责人保管。
