观察tDCS对脑卒中记忆力障碍患者的疗效，并评估不同刺激部位对记忆力恢复的效果差别。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aims to identify the effects of tDCS (transcranial direct current stimulation) on post-stroke memory impairment and explore the variance of effects in different stimulation brain regions on memory recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、既往史有颅脑损伤、脑血管意外或颅内占位病变等；2、既往存在认精神疾病、吸毒史；3、存在tDCS治疗禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past history has craniocerebral injury, cerebrovascular accident or intracranial space-occupying lesions, etc. 2. Previous mental illness, drug abuse history, and presence of tDCS treatment contraindications.

福建医科大学统计学教研室基于随机化平台统一进行，先对所有的研究对象进行统一编码，再根据完全随机设计方案，根据计算机程序产生相应的随机数，将研究对象随机地分配进入3 个治疗组及1 个对照组，每组样本量相同。
