研究目的：

1)了解我国围孕期维生素D营养状况及影响因素 2)探讨孕期维生素D缺乏对相关妊娠结局（先兆子痫/子痫、妊娠相关骨代谢异常、小于胎龄儿等）的影响 3)评价补充维生素D制剂对维生素D缺乏孕妇不良妊娠结局（先兆子痫/子痫、妊娠相关骨代谢异常、小于胎龄儿等）的干预效果 4)探索并规范围孕期维生素D检测和干预的临床路径  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the nutritional status and influencing factors of vitamin D during perinatal pregnancy in China; 2. to investigate the effects of vitamin D deficiency during pregnancy on relevant pregnancy outcomes (preeclampsia/eclampsia, pregnancy-related bone metabolism abnormalities, infants smaller than gestational age, etc.); 3. to evaluate the intervention effect of vitamin D supplements on adverse pregnancy outcomes;(preeclampsia/eclampsia, pregnancy-related bone metabolism abnormalities, smaller than gestational age, etc.) in pregnant women with vitamin D deficiency; 4. to explore and standardize the clinical pathway of vitamin D detection and intervention during perinatal pregnancy.

①不能配合完成相关调查；
②不能在研究机构连续完成围产检查及分娩；
③不能签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. can not cooperate to complete the relevant investigation;
2. unable to complete perinatal examination and delivery in the research institution;
3. cannot sign informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，采用Epidata数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，期间若发现问题及时通知监查员，要求研究者做出回答。 数据管理：当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，数据库将被锁定。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。
