研究目的：

以腹腔镜手术为对照，评价达芬奇机器人(da Vinci)辅助左半结肠癌根治术的围手术期安全性及远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with laparoscopic surgery, to evaluate the perioperative safety and long-term efficacy of (da Vinci) robotic-assisted radical operation of left-sided colon cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 严重精神疾病；
2) 因左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻、出血、穿孔等行急诊手术；
3) 多原发结直肠恶性肿瘤；
4) 家族性腺瘤息肉病(FAP)，Lynch 综合征，炎症性肠病；
5) 术前已实施新辅助治疗的左半结肠癌患者；
6) 既往有腹部手术史（腹腔镜胆囊切除、腹腔镜阑尾切除、剖腹产及妇科良性疾病手术史除外）；
7) 怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
8) 5年内有其他恶性疾病史；
9) 需要进行其他疾病的同期手术治疗；
10）1月内有持续全身皮质激素治疗史；
11) 6个月内有不稳定性心绞痛或心肌梗塞史；
12) 6个月内有脑梗塞或脑出血病史；
13) 肺功能检查FEV1<预计值50%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental illness;
2. Emergency surgery for acute intestinal obstruction, bleeding and perforation in the left-sided colon adenocarcinoma;
3. Multiple primary colorectal malignant tumors;
4. Family adenomatosis (FAP), Lynch syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease;
5. Patients with left-sided colon adenocarcinoma who have undergone new adjuvant therapy before surgery;
6. History of abdominal surgery;
7. Pregnant or lactating women;
8. There were other malignant diseases within 5 years;
9. There were simultaneous surgical treatment for other diseases;
10. There were continuous systemic corticosteroid therapy within 1 month;
11. There were unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months;
12. There were cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months;
13. Pulmonary function test FEV1< 50%.
