Objectives of Study：

Effects of weight loss on organ function and metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采集手术移除的组织标本，以及手术前及手术后3、6、12、24、36月血液样本。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Tissue specimens removed by surgery were collected, as well as blood samples before surgery, and at 3, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months after surgery. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病毒性肝炎、遗传性疾病等所致的肝病；恶性肿瘤和其他良性肿瘤者；病历资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

Viral hepatitis or other liver diseases caused by hereditary diseases, malignant tumors and other benign tumors; subjects with incomplete medical records.
