研究目的：

1、验证在Brunnstrom的不同分期验证脑卒中患者在Brunnstrom分期III-V期，采用不同针刺方法的治疗作用（患侧留针、患侧拔针、健侧留针、健侧拔针）软瘫期患侧针刺、痉挛期健侧针刺曲池、外关可以作为一种有效的治疗方式，通过抑制脊髓前角α运动神经元兴奋性，改善痉挛，提高运动功能恢复，促进康复疗效，提高日常生活能力； 2、使用等速表面肌电系统采集BrunnstromIII-V期的脑卒中患者上肢前臂旋前、旋后动作时肱二头肌、肱三头肌及桡侧腕屈肌。 3、建立关于脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体的肌电信号采集及分析系统，形成脑卒中后规范化的康复治疗应用方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verification of the different staging of Brunnstrom in stroke patients in the Brunnstrom stage III-V phase, the treatment effect of different acupuncture methods (the affected side of the needle, the affected side of the needle, the healthy side of the needle, the healthy side of the needle) soft palate Acupuncture on the affected side, acupuncture at the sacral stage, and external acupuncture can be used as an effective treatment method to inhibit the excitability of α motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord, improve sputum, improve motor function recovery, promote rehabilitation and improve healing. Daily life ability; 2. Using the constant velocity surface electromyography system to collect the Brunnstrom III-V phase of the stroke patients, the upper extremity forearm pronation, the biceps, the triceps and the radial flexor, 3. Establish an EMG signal acquisition and analysis system for the hemiplegia of stroke patients, and form a standardized rehabilitation treatment application program after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）意识不清，MMSE量表评价提示痴呆，合并感觉性失语或精神障碍等疾患，不能配合检查及治疗的住院患者；
（2）合并心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病的患者；
（3）既往有认知障碍、神经精神病史、药物滥用及酗酒史；
（4）有重要脏器功能衰竭或病情危重的脑卒中患者以及癌症等对患者生存质量的影响超过中风后肢体功能障碍的疾病或状态；
（5）患者于临床试验之前接受过正规中医康复或现代康复治疗；
（6）不能完成基本疗程，依从性可能不好者（即不能坚持治疗）及难以随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unconsciousness, MMSE scale evaluation suggests dementia, combined with sensory aphasia or mental disorders, hospitalization patients who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment.
(2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
(3) Previous cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse history.
(4) Stroke patients with important organ failure or critical illness, and cancers that affect the quality of life of patients beyond the disease or state of limb dysfunction after stroke.
(5) The patient has received formal Chinese medicine rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation treatment before the clinical trial.
(6) Can not complete the basic course of treatment, the compliance may be bad (that is, can not adhere to treatment) and difficult to follow
