研究目的：

为Nucleosome Complex CAR-T细胞的安全性提供证据，观察Nucleosome Complex CAR-T细胞对总生存期（OS）和无进展生存期（PFS）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide evidence for the safety of Nucleosome Complex CAR-T cells, the effects of Nucleosome Complex CAR-T cells on overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were observed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在任何自身免疫疾病
（2）在入组前4周接受系统性激素治疗或者接受过免疫抑制治疗
（3）有活动性感染或在筛选期间发生原因不明发热>38.5℃（经研究者判断，受试者因肿瘤产生的发热可以入组）；
（4）入组前三个月内参与过其他临床研究
（5）严重的过敏史，对T细胞治疗产品或者其他生物制剂过敏；
（6）排除脑转移或者出现疑似脑转移临床症状的患者
（7）怀孕、计划怀孕或哺乳期妇女
（8）研究者临床判定不适合入组本研究的严重系统系疾病的患者，包括但是不局限于严重肝功能异常，严重凝血障碍，严重的精神系统疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are any autoimmune diseases;
(2) Receive systemic hormone therapy or receive immunosuppressive therapy 4 weeks before enrollment;
(3) There is active infection or unexplained fever during screening period >38.5 degree C (subject to the study, the subject may be enrolled due to fever generated by the tumor);
(4) Participated in other clinical studies within the first three months of enrollment;
(5) A history of severe allergies, allergic to T cell therapy products or other biological agents;
(6) Patients who exclude brain metastases or have clinical symptoms of suspected brain metastases;
(7) Pregnancy, planned pregnancy or lactation women;
(8) The investigator's clinical judgment is not suitable for patients with severe systemic diseases in this study, including but not limited to severe liver function abnormalities, severe coagulopathy, and severe mental system diseases.

复发或转移结直肠癌患者需要提供病史及结直肠癌病灶组织，石蜡包埋后用于在中心实验室进行病理学的评估。受试者还需要进行实验室检查，包括血常规、血生化等项目，只有经中心实验室确定符合要求的受试者才有资格在本研究中接受CAR-T治疗。
