研究目的：

本研究课题拟通过人工智能手术规划和手术导板设计方案和有限元分析方法，对踝关节骨折畸形愈合病例进行金属3D打印下肢矫形融合体植入辅助截骨进行临床研究，来了解具有其临床性能及疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, through the artificial intelligence operation planning and surgical guide plate design scheme and finite element analysis method, the metal 3D printing lower limb orthopedic fusion body implantation assisted osteotomy was carried out in the ankle fracture malunion cases to understand its clinical performance and therapeutic effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）终末期踝关节炎者；
2）精神疾病患者或患者精神上无能力或者不能理解参与研究的要求；
3）受试者呈免疫抑制状态，患有自身免疫疾病或者免疫抑制障碍；
4）长期酗酒、滥用药物等患者；
5）研究者认为不适合入选患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. End-stage ankle arthritis patients;
2. Mental incapacity or inability to understand the requirements for participation in the study in patients or patients with mental illness;
3. Subjects are immunosuppressive, suffering from autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive disorders;
4. Chronic alcoholism, drug abuse and other patients;
5. The researchers didn't think it was appropriate for the patients to be included.
