研究目的：

本项目采用浸润+恒温法使用熥敷合剂，规范操作流程，观察溶剂中黄酒、食醋、水的比例、溶剂用量、闷润时间等因素。对比改良前后熥敷合剂的临床安全性、有效性、满意性，为腰椎间盘突出症患者提供安全有效的中医热敷护理适宜技术。  

Objectives of Study：

This project adopts the infiltrating + isothermal method using Tong apply mixture, standard operating procedures, to observe the percentage of rice wine, vinegar, water in the solvent, solvent dosage, stuffy run time and other factors.Compared before and after improvement Tong apply the mixture of clinical safety, efficacy and satisfaction, to provide safe and effective in patients with lumbar disc prolapse of TCM hot compress care appropriate technologies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 合并椎体滑脱症或髓核突出严重压迫马尾神经患者； 2) 有腰椎手术史者；3)腰部扭伤、强直性脊柱炎或骨质疏松患者； 4)具明显手术指征且不适宜保守治疗的患者；5)合并心、脑血管，肝肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；6)妊娠或哺乳期妇女，对本药过敏者；7)未完成规定的疗程，无法判断疗效或资料不全影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with combined spondylolisthesis or nucleus pulposus herniation and severe compression of cauda equina nerve; 2) patients with lumbar surgery history; 3) patients with lumbar sprain, ankylosing spondylitis or osteoporosis; 4) patients with obvious surgical indications and not suitable for conservative treatment; 5) patients with severe primary diseases including heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental patients; 6) pregnant or lactating women who are allergic to this drug; 7) failure to complete the prescribed course of treatment, inability to judge the efficacy or insufficient data will affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
