本研究按照总志愿者人数进行随机化分组。首先将志愿者中按照无食物过敏史的人群和具有食物过敏史的人群分为两大组。同时在各大组之间进行随机分为两小组，人数比例为1:1。然后将各自的两小组随机分配到益生菌组和安慰剂组。

This study uses complete randomized grouping design. Both the non-allergic group and the allergic group are further randomly divided into two subgroups (1:1), one is treated by placebo and the other one is treated by probiotics.
