研究目的：

探讨双膦酸盐是否为中国老年人群的血管硬化（动脉粥样硬化、小动脉硬化和动脉中层钙化3种类型）、心脑血管疾病（心肌梗死、冠心病、缺血性心脏病、脑梗死、脑出血、血管性痴呆）、外周血管疾病的保护因素，对这些疾病的发病率有无影响，是否减少了上述疾病的死亡率和总的死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether bisphosphonates are vascular sclerosis (atherosclerosis, small arteriosclerosis, and arterial calcification), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease, cerebral infarction) , cerebral hemorrhage, vascular dementia), protective factors of peripheral vascular disease, have no effect on the incidence of these diseases, whether to reduce the mortality and total mortality of the above diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 使用双膦酸盐前已发生过心脑血管疾病，包括心肌梗死、冠心病、缺血性心脏病、脑梗死、脑出血、血管性痴呆和外周血管疾病者；2. 患有先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、肥厚性心脏病、扩张性心脏病者；3. 患有烟雾病、遗传性脑血管者；4.患有先天性腹主动脉、肾动脉、外周动脉狭窄或畸形者；5. 患有甲状旁腺疾病者，如甲状旁腺功能减退症、甲状旁腺功能亢进等；6. 使用口服钙补充剂或维生素D其他预防骨质疏松的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have occurred before the use of bisphosphonates, including myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, vascular dementia and peripheral vascular disease;
2. Congenital Cardiac, rheumatic heart disease, hypertrophic heart disease, dilated heart disease;
3. People with moyamoya disease, hereditary cerebrovascular disease;
4. Congenital abdominal aorta, renal artery, peripheral artery stenosis or deformity;
5. Patients with parathyroid diseases, such as hypoparathyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, etc.;
6. Use oral calcium supplements or vitamin D other drugs to prevent osteoporosis.
