研究目的：

本研究旨在进一步规范观察指标，通过药物、康复疗法对比，以证实芒针透刺结合辨证取穴治疗中风后吞咽障碍的特异性疗效，探索其临床治疗规律，寻找高效率的治疗方法及中风后吞咽障碍规范化、系统化的治疗模式，为应用和揭示针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的机理提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to further standardize the observation indicators, through the comparison of drugs and rehabilitation therapy, to confirm the specific efficacy of awn needle penetration combined with syndrome differentiation and acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia, and to explore its clinical treatment. Finding high-efficiency treatments and standardized and systematic treatment models for post-stroke dysphagia provide a clinical basis for the application and disclosure of acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.大面积脑梗塞及重度脑出血病例；
2.有球麻痹或假性球麻痹症状90天以上；
3.有意识障碍患者；
4.出现认知功能障碍者；
5.有严重的多脏器功能衰竭者；
6.有凝血功能障碍等有出血风险者；
7.未能按照试验计划完成针灸治疗疗程者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Large area of cerebral infarction and severe cerebral hemorrhage;
2. Have ball paralysis or pseudo ball paralysis symptoms for more than 90 days;
3. Patients with conscious disorders;
4. People with cognitive dysfunction;
5. Have severe multiple organ failure;
6. Have bleeding risk and other bleeding risk;
7. Unable to complete acupuncture treatment protocol.
