本课题将基于代谢组学的技术，设计不同的离体结肠癌样本处理方式，并比较样本代谢信息，以期发现结肠癌组织样本预处理的最佳方式，从而填补该领域的一项方法学空白。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic will be based on metabolomics techniques, researchers design different treatment methods for isolated colon cancer samples, and compare sample metabolic information, in order to find the best way to pretreat colon cancer tissue samples, thus filling a methodological gap in the field.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）严重心、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；
2）糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进等代谢及内分泌疾病史；
3）妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
4）精神性疾病患者；
5）正在参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) serious heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases;
2) history of metabolic and endocrine diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism;
3) pregnant and lactating women;
4) patients with mental illness;
5) participating in other clinical trials.
