分析暴露因素（不同手术年龄；不同手术时间；不同术式；不同术前分肾功能）与肾脏形态指标、功能指标恢复情况和并发症发生之间的因果关系。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the relationship between exposure factors（different age of operation; different DRF before operation; different procedures; different operative indications) and the recovery of renal morphological and functional parameters and postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除巨输尿管、输尿管膨出、发育不良肾、肾实质回声异常、重复肾、马蹄肾等其他畸形；除外染色体异常及其他结构异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Megaureters, ureterocele, duplicative and solitary kidney. Radiographic voiding cystourethrography was done to exclude vesicoureteral reflux and posterior urethral valves. Moreover, patients with chromosomal or other structural abnormalities.
