To explore the molecular mechanism of placental accreta spectrum by analyzing gene expression of the villi tissues of different pregnancy conditions with RNA-seq.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾、血液系统疾病不能耐受手术者；
2. 未选择人工流产者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with heart, brain, lung, kidney, blood system and other important organ diseases;
2. Those who do not choose artificial abortion.
