研究目的：

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性微血管病变之一，是造成糖尿病病人致盲的主要原因。糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查方法及治疗药物匮乏，为了提高病人的生活质量与生存年限，提供更简易的临床筛查方法及新的干预靶点有重要意义。脂肪组织不仅是机体能量的储存器官，还是重要的内分泌器官之一。脂肪组织分泌和表达多种蛋白质，如脂联素、抵抗素、瘦素等。补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白1（complement-C1q/TNF-related protein1,CTRP1)是近来新发现的脂肪因子，与脂联素具有高度同源性，主要在人类的脂肪组织中表达。既往研究表明，CTRP1影响糖代谢、胰岛素抵抗等过程参与糖尿病发生发展，但其与糖尿病并发症的关系尚不清楚。本研究目的明确CTRP1与DR发生的相关性，为DR的诊治提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common chronic microangiopathy in diabetes mellitus which is the main cause of blindness in diabetic patients. In order to improve the quality of life and life span of patients with diabetic retinopathy, it is important to provide more simple clinical screening methods and new intervention targets for diabetic retinopathy.Adipose tissue is not only a storage organ of energy, but also an important endocrine organ, secreting and expressing a variety of proteins, such as adiponectin, resistin, leptin and so on. Complement C1q/TNF-related protein 1 is a newly discovered adipokine, which has high homology with adiponectin and is mainly expressed in human adipose tissue. Previous studies have shown that CTRP1 plays a positive regulatory role.It can regulate the functions of various tissues and cells, affect the process of glucose metabolism and insulin resistance, and participate in the development of diabetes. However, the relationship between CTRP1 and complications of diabetes mellitus is still unclear. In this study, patients with T2DM were selected to clarify the relationship between CTRP1 and DR, so as to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of DR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 1型糖尿病及其他类型糖尿病。
2 糖尿病急性并发症如酮症酸中毒、高渗昏迷。
3 青光眼、黄斑水肿等其他眼科疾病。
4 接受过抗血管生成药物如贝伐单抗，兰尼单抗等治疗。
5 接受他汀及贝特类等降脂药物，阿司匹林等抗血小板药物。
6 严重创伤全身感染。
7 结缔组织病。
8 免疫性疾病。
9 甲肝乙肝等传染疾病。
10 有恶性肿瘤病史。
11 严重的心脑血管病史。
12 严重的肝肾功能不全（ALT＞正常值的3倍以上、eGFR＜60ml/min/1.73m2）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus;
2. Acute complications of diabetes such as ketoacidosis and hyperosmotic coma;
3. Glaucoma, macular edema and other eye diseases;
4. Received anti-angiogenesis drugs such as bevacizumab and lanimazumab;
5. Accept lipid-lowering drugs such as statins and beta, and antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin;
6. Systemic infection after severe trauma;
7. connective tissue disease;
8. Autoimmune diseases;
9. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis A and hepatitis B;
10. Have a history of malignant tumors;
11. Serious history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
12. Severe hepatorenal insufficiency (ALT > 3 times the normal value, eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2).
