研究目的：

1 建立适用于新疆多民族地区不孕症患者接受IVF治疗的个体化预测模型，为患者和医生对于治疗决策提供准确的成功信息，从而做出明智的决定。 2 内部独立验证建立的预测模型，通过数据验证，对模型进行校正，保证预测模型具有较高的预测精度，以便于推广预测模型在临床治疗过程中发挥最大作用。

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish an individualized predictive model for IVF treatment in infertile patients in Xinjiang's multi-ethnic areas, and provide accurate information for patients and doctors to make treatment decisions; 2. The prediction model established by internal independent verification, through the data verification, corrects the model to ensure that the prediction model has higher prediction accuracy, so as to promote the prediction model to play the most important role in the clinical treatment process.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 3个月内有甾体类激素治疗史及宫腔操作史；
2. 已明确生殖器官有明显而严重的其他器质性病变者；
3. 患有《母婴保健法》规定的不宜生育的、目前无法进行胚胎植入前遗传学诊断的遗传性疾病；
4. 夫妇双方合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者；
5. 夫妇双方中任何一方具有吸毒等严重不良嗜好及接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品并处于作用期；
6. 不能坚持治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within 3 months, there was a history of steroid hormone treatment and a history of uterine operation;
2. It has been clear that there are obvious and serious other organic lesions in the reproductive organs;
3. Hereditary diseases that are not suitable for production, and are currently not capable of being diagnosed by preimplantation genetics under the Maternal and Child Health Act;
4. The couple merged with Severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic systems , or with mental illness;
5. Either of the couple has serious addictions such as drug use and exposure to teratogenic rays, poisons, and drugs and is in the action period;
6. Can not insist on treatment.
