To compare the safety and effectiveness of robot-assisted THA and conventional THA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并严重心血管、肺部、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等疾病。2、影像学资料质量不达标，解剖结构辨认不清或有变形，3、患者拒绝参与课题研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disease and other severe diseases;
2. The quality of imaging data is not up to standard, and the anatomical structure is unclear or deformed;
3. Patients refused to participate in the study.

利用电子计算机产生随机数字序列，对每位患者进行两次随机，首次决定优先手术的侧别，其中“1”代表“左侧”，“2”代表“右侧”，第二次决定手术方式，其中“1”代表“机器人辅助下关节置换”，“2”代表“常规关节置换”。

Blinding：

The randomized group was completed before the study, and the group was completely blind to the surgeon and the patient who had completed the surgical plan and to the surgeon who had not been able to see the anesthesia and completely blind to the patient measurement and data analysis.
