研究目的：

本项目通过气管支气管结核的早期筛查和早期诊断策略研究，显著提升对TBTB的认知能力、管理能力、早诊早治能力和精准规范诊疗能力，为实现我国的结核病等重大传染病的既定控制目标作出贡献。

Objectives of Study：

To improve the recognition, management, early diagnosis and treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis (TBTB) as well as the standardized precise diagnosis and treatment of TBTB in order to control the major infectious disease of tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、存在短期内不能纠正的气管镜检查禁忌症；
2、属于非活动性肺结核且无症状的患者；
3、合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者及影响其生存质量的严重疾病；
4、正在参与其他药物临床试验或干预性研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Irreversible contraindications of bronchoscopic examinations;
2. Asymptomatic inactive tuberculosis;
3. Comorbidities of the cardiovascular, liver, renal and hematopoietic system, psychiatric disorders and other medical, psychosocial, or emotional conditions that adversely affect life quality;
4. Currently participation in other interventional clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	采用纸质和电子病历记录表结合的方式采集原始数据；建立专用的电子采集和管理系统；所有数据均导入该系统中进行管理。
