研究目的：

探索呼气相正压震荡技术联合下肢锻炼的快速呼吸康复应用在肺叶切除术围手术期患者的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of rapid respiratory rehabilitation with Oscillatory Positive Expiratory Pressure combined with lower extremity exercise in patients undergoing lobectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.二次手术者；2.合并活动性出血，或其他系统重大疾病；3.不能配合完成康复训练者；4.其它临床医师判断不适宜参加康复训练的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Second operation; 2. Complicated with active bleeding, or other major systemic diseases; 3. Those who were unable to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation training; 4. Other clinicians judged that it was not appropriate to take part in rehabilitation training.
