研究目的：

比较胸椎旁神经阻滞和肋间神经阻滞对胸腔镜手术拔管期间血流动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted this study to evaluate whether a two level USG thoracic PVB would result in fewer emergence agitation (EA) and hemodynamic changes during tracheal extubation than intercostal nerve blocks (ICNBs) after thoracoscopic pulmonary resection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 术侧既往曾行开胸手术或存在导致壁层胸膜破损的疾患，如术前曾有胸膜剥脱史；
2) 对可能使用的药物过敏或曾出现过不良反应；
3) 有脊柱手术史患者；
4) 曾经发生严重的心血管疾患、慢性疼痛病史，精神疾患；
5) 穿刺部位有感染的患者；
6) 凝血功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) the operative side had undergone thoracotomy or had the disease of pleura damaged, such as pleural peeling before operation. 2) anaphylaxis allergy 3) patients with a history of spinal surgery; 4) severe cardiovascular disease, chronic pain history and mental disorders. 5) puncture site with infection; 6) coagulation dysfunction;

因总共病例需要100人，编写100的数字条放入抽签箱，在病人入室前由麻醉护士随机在抽签箱抽取一个数字条，然后其数值除以2，余1进入group P，余0进入group C。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

For a total of 100 people, 1-100 digital strips were written in the draw box, and a digital strip was selected by the anesthesiologist at random before entering the room. Then the number was divided by 2 and the remaining 1 enter group P, the remaining 0 enter group C.
