研究目的：

1.揭示KMP临床特征；2. 通过大样本研究，优化KMP治疗方案，降低病死率及致残率；3.通过皮损的病理研究，探索KMP的发生机制和治疗通路；4.通过大样本调查，寻找出血原因（感染？外伤？其他？）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Reveal the clinical characteristics of KMP; 2. Optimize the KMP treatment scheme and reduce the fatality rate and disability rate through large sample study; 3. Explore the pathogenesis and treatment pathway of KMP through pathological study of skin lesions; 4. Search for the cause of bleeding (infection? Trauma? The other? ).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合以下任意一条即可排除：
（1）支气管哮喘及有家族史；
（2）心源性休克；
（3）心传导阻滞(Ⅱ至Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞)；
（4）重度心力衰竭；
（5）窦性心动过缓；
（6）对糖皮质激素、长春新碱、雷帕霉素过敏者；
（7）充血性心力衰竭；
（8）糖尿病；
（9）肺气肿或非过敏性支气管炎；
（10）肝功能不全；
（11）甲状腺功能低下；
（12）雷诺综合征或其他周围血管疾病；
（13）肾功能减退；
（14）自身免疫性疾病；
（15）免疫缺陷性疾病；
（16）感染性疾病；
（17）白细胞降低；
（18）正在参加另一项临床研究的患者；
（19）研究者判断患儿依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following can be excluded:
(1) bronchial asthma and family history;
(2) cardiogenic shock;
(3) heart block (II to III degree atrioventricular block).
(4) severe heart failure;
(5) sinus bradycardia;
(6) allergy to glucocorticoid, vincristine and rapamycin;
(7) congestive heart failure;
(8) diabetes;
(9) emphysema or non-allergic bronchitis;
(10) liver dysfunction;
(11) hypothyroidism;
(12) raynaud's syndrome or other peripheral vascular diseases;
(13) renal dysfunction;
(14) autoimmune diseases;
(15) immunodeficiency diseases;
(16) infectious diseases;
(17) leukocytosis;
(18) patients who are participating in another clinical study;
(19) the researcher judged that the compliance of the children was poor and the study could not be completed as required.
