研究目的：

通过直肠癌病人术后病理结果、临床预后情况、生存质量等方面。比较传统的医生诊疗方式与基于深度神经网络的盆腔淋巴结自动识别系统评估结果，着重比较两者病理金标准的诊断差异；对治疗方式干预后的预后差异；对患者生存情况的影响等。明确基于深度神经网络的盆腔淋巴结自动识别系统的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the postoperative pathological results, clinical prognosis and quality of life of rectal cancer patients. Comparing the evaluation results of the traditional doctor diagnosis and treatment method and the pelvic lymph node automatic identification system based on the deep neural network, and emphatically comparing the diagnostic differences of the two pathological gold standards; The difference of prognosis after intervention of treatment methods; The impact on the survival of patients, etc. To clarify the clinical application value of pelvic lymph node automatic identification system based on deep neural network.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并糖尿病、风湿免疫性疾病、严重的心脑肾等系统性疾病
2.影像证实存在盆腔器官异性
3.行盆腔其他手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with diabetes, rheumatic immune diseases, serious heart, brain, kidney and other systemic diseases
2. Imaging confirmed pelvic organ anisotropy
3. Been conducted other pelvic surgery
