研究目的：

研究皓千夏令营对肥胖青少年的身体成分、身体形态、心血管机能、骨代谢、运动风险及糖脂代谢等指标的影响，探究该种减肥方式对肥胖青少年的身体健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the influence of haoqian summer camp on the body composition, body shape, cardiovascular function, bone metabolism, exercise risk and glucose and lipid metabolism of obese adolescents, and to explore the impact of this way of weight loss on the physical health of obese adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、心血管、肺、肾、肝或胃肠道、骨骼疾病；
2、代谢综合症已使用药物干预；
3、3个月内参加其他减重干预方案；
4、传染性疾病、慢性感染病；
5、行为或心理障碍，不稳定的精神病；
6、吸烟史、近6个月服用过任何的激素类药物、平时有规律运动习惯等；
7、正参加其它临床试验的患者；
8、研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver or gastrointestinal, skeletal diseases;
2. Drug intervention has been used for metabolic syndrome;
3. Participate in other weight loss intervention programs within 3 months;
4. Infectious diseases and chronic infectious diseases;
5. Behavioral or psychological disorder, unstable psychosis;
6. Smoking history, taking any hormone drugs in the past 6 months, regular exercise habits, etc.;
7. Patients participating in other clinical trials;
8. The researchers do not think other reasons are suitable for clinical trials.
