Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and mechanism of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation plus computer-assisted cognitive training on post-stroke cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 合并有严重的心、肝、肾等系统疾病；
② 合并其它精神疾病及严重神经系统疾病；
③ 严重视力、听力及语言障碍，妨碍认知评定；
④ 纳入研究前3个月内使用影响大脑兴奋性药物者；
⑤ 既往使用重复经颅磁刺激治疗者；
⑥ 正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

①With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease;
②Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases;
③Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test;
④Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months;
⑤Patients receiving repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation before our trial;
⑥Patients participating in other clinical trials.
