研究目的:

本研究以确诊为DDH的成人患者为研究对象,通过3D打印导向工具辅助THA与传统方式THA的临床随机对照研究,评估3D打印导向工具相比于传统方式在围手术期及术后的临床疗效,安全性,实用性及可靠性。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, adult patients diagnosed with DDH were taken as the research object, and the clinical randomized controlled study of 3D printing guiding tool assisted acetabular surgery of THA and the traditional were conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety, practicability and reliability of 3D printing guiding tool compared with traditional method in perioperative and postoperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

在PSI组中,先由传统的髋后外侧入路暴露髋臼,然后按照PSI导板,按导板的磨臼弧形边确定真臼区域,合理清理髋臼后开始磨臼,然后按导板的指示装入臼杯和内衬,完成髋臼侧手术。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

In PSI groups, the surgeons exposed the acetabulum through traditional hip posterolateral incision, the position of the real acetabulum was determined according to the arc-shaped end of PSI; then surgeons grinded the acetabulum accurately according to the instruction of PSI, the best orientation of the cup could be ensured by the angle indicator, and the best size and position of the cup could be ensured by the arc-shaped end; the surgeons installed the cup accurately, the best orientation of the cup could be ensured by the angle indicator.

排除标准:

1.拒绝参加
2.有其他严重骨关节病,其他严重全身疾病
3.怀孕
4.不能完成定期随访
5.双侧手术患者或另外一侧髋功能障碍
6.精神疾病患者
7.其他

Exclusion criteria:

1. Refuse to participate;
2. Other severe osteoarthritis, other serious systemic diseases;
3. The pregnancy;
4. Unable to complete regular follow-up;
5. Patients whose other side of hip was dysfunctional or need bilateral surgery;
6. Mental disability;
7. Other.

使用分层随机抽样的方法,将Crowe分型的4组分型中再次分层PSI组和传统手术组。之后使用分组抽样的方法,在每个亚组中每4个患者为一个抽样单元,之后由SPSS 软件产生随机序列,在产生随机序列后,将随机序列号按顺序进行编号,并决定哪些序列是试验组, 哪些序列是对照组。 再将这些序列装在一个非透明信封里面,由一位没有直接参与这项研究的人保管。
