采集患者血浆、PBMCs、唾液、淋巴结组织，测定HIV患者EBV分型、LMP130bp缺失等是否在AIDS患者及合并淋巴瘤患者中有特征性表现以及是否具有临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect patients' plasma, PBMCs, saliva, and lymph node tissues to determine whether the type of EBV and the 30bp deletion of LMP1 in HIV patients were characteristic of AIDS patients and patients with lymphoma, and whether they were clinically meaningful.

排除标准：

1.无EBV感染；2.严重心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney diseases.
