1. 探究有氧运动对自闭症儿童肠道菌群的影响。 2. 自闭症儿童与普通儿童肠道菌群的差异性。 3. 自闭症儿童障碍程度与肠道菌群的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of aerobic exercise on gut microbiota in children with autism spectrum disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有其他神经发育障碍或精神疾病；
（2）有任何严重临床症状的患者；
（3）贫血、脑畸形、代谢性疾病、癫痫、以及食管反流、食物过敏、肠易激综合征、腹腔疾病等；
（4）在3个月内使用过抗真菌、抗生素、精神药物；
（5）特殊饮食（高蛋白饮食、生酮饮食、无麸质饮食、无酪蛋白饮食）维生素或其他替代疗法；
（6）规律的有氧运动习惯；
（7）运动禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other neurodevelopmental disorders or mental illnesses;
(2) Patients with any serious clinical symptoms;
(3) anemia, brain malformation, metabolic diseases, epilepsy, and esophageal reflux, food allergy, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, etc.;
(4) Used antifungal, antibiotic, psychotropic drugs within 3 months;
(5) Special diet (high-protein diet, ketogenic diet, gluten-free diet, no casein diet) vitamins or other alternative therapies;
(6) Regular aerobic exercise;
(7) Exercise contraindications.
