观察不同角膜帽厚度（110μm和140μm）对SMILE术后角膜生物力学及后表面高度的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To study the influence of cap thickness on posterior corneal elevation and corneal biomechanics in SMILE

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①双眼等效球镜（SE）差值大于0.5D；
②双眼中央角膜厚度（CCT）差异大于10μm；
③存在圆锥角膜或其它手术禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The difference of spherical equivalent (SE) in both eyes of the same people was less than 0.5D;
2. The difference of central thickness of cornea in both eyes of the same people was less than 10μm;
3. Patients with keratoconus or other surgical contraindication.

预先由一研究者（曹丽娜）采用抛硬币法，产生50个分组方案，硬币正面朝上右眼设计110μm厚度角膜帽，左眼设计140μm厚度角膜帽，硬币反面朝上左眼设计110μm厚度角膜帽，右眼设计140μm厚度角膜帽，编号01到50号。对入组患者，按照招募顺序，依次按01到50号分组方案，设计不同厚度角膜帽
