研究目的：

观察载药微球栓塞（d-TACE）用于原发性肝癌手术切除及射频消融术后复发患者的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of drug-loaded microsphere embolization (d-tace) in recurrenced patients with primary liver cancer after surgical resection or/and radiofrequency ablation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 门静脉主干侵犯（非主干的分支癌栓侵犯可以入组）；
2. 大血管侵犯（下腔静脉、肝静脉）；弥漫性转移病灶；
3. 肿瘤侵犯胆道致胆道梗阻；
4. 肝外扩散；
5. 已知门体分流术或肝脏血管动-静脉瘘；
6. 充血性心力衰竭>纽约心脏协会（NYHA）分级 2 级；有无法控制的高血压；
7. 肾衰竭或肾功能不足、需要进行血液或腹膜透析；
8. 在入组前目标病灶接受TACE、分子靶向药物治疗、放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等；
9. 肺功能严重异常的患者；
10. 肿瘤体积超过肝脏体积70%；
11. 开始试验前 4 周内出现上消化道出血或有明确消化道出血倾向；
12. 大手术后30天内的患者；
13. 患者及（或）家属不同意加入临床试验；
14. 妊娠及哺乳妇女，或者研究期间有生育计划的女性患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Main portal vein invasion (non-main branch tumor thrombus invasion can be included in the group);
2. Invasion of large blood vessels (inferior vena cava, hepatic vein);Diffuse metastases;
3. Biliary obstruction caused by tumor invasion of biliary tract;
4. Extrahepatic diffusion;
5. Portal shunt or hepatic arteriovenous fistula;
6. Congestive heart failure > New York heart association (NYHA) grade 2;Has uncontrollable high blood flow Pressure;
7. Renal failure or inadequate renal function, requiring blood or peritoneal dialysis;
8. The target lesions were treated with TACE, molecular targeted drug therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy before enrollment;
9. Patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction;
10. Tumor volume exceeded 70% of liver volume;
11. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding or clear tendency of gastrointestinal bleeding occurred within 4 weeks before the start of the experiment;
12. Patients within 30 days after major surgery;
13. Patients and/or family members do not agree to participate in the clinical trial;
14. Pregnant and lactating women, or female patients with family planning during the study period.
