研究目的：

主要目的： 以复方氯化钠注射液为对照，评价碳酸氢钠林格注射液在烧伤患者液体复苏中的有效性。 次要目的： 1.碳酸氢钠林格注射液与复方氯化钠注射液在烧伤患者复苏过程中乳酸清除率的对比； 2.对患者循环功能的影响； 3.对于机体酸碱度的影响； 4.对患者肝肾功能及凝血功能的影响； 对电解质平衡的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: The efficacy of sodium bicarbonate ringer injection in fluid resuscitation in burn patients was evaluated with compound sodium chloride injection as a control. Secondary purpose: Comparison of lactic acid clearance between sodium bicarbonate Ringer injection and compound sodium chloride injection during resuscitation of burn patients; Effect on circulatory function of patients; Effect on body acidity and alkalinity; Effect on liver and kidney function and coagulation function; Effect on electrolyte balance.

【通用名称】碳酸氢钠林格注射液 【生产企业】江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司 【性状】本品为无色的澄明液体。 【适应症】 在循环血液量以及组织间液减少时，作为细胞外液的补充调节剂；纠正代谢性酸中毒。 【用法用量】【不良反应】【注意事项】详见说明书。 【批准文号】国药准字H20190021 【贮藏】30℃以下保存 【禁忌】高镁血症；甲状腺功能低下患者。 【规格】500ml 【包装】本品选用五层共挤输液用膜（Ⅰ）制袋分装，加高阻隔外袋密封； 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Sodium bicarbonate ringer injection. Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. This product is a colorless clear liquid. To act as a supplementary regulator of extracellular fluid when circulating blood and tissue fluid are reduced; correct metabolic acidosis. Use [adverse reactions ][ precautions] are detailed in the instructions. Chinese Medicine Standard H20190021 Storage below 30°C [Prohibition]Hypermagnesia;Patients with hypothyroidism. 500ml [Packing] this product chooses five-layer co-extrusion infusion membrane (I) bag packing, high barrier outer bag seal;  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 妊娠或一年内有妊娠计划的女性或哺乳期女性；
2) 因过度通气、消化道疾病或强碱烧伤导致代谢性或呼吸性碱中毒的患者;
3) 高镁血症患者；
4) 甲状腺功能低下患者；
5） 研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women or lactating women who are pregnant or who have a pregnancy plan within one year;
(2) Patients with metabolic or respiratory alkalosis due to hyperventilation, gastrointestinal diseases or strong alkali burns;
(3) Hypermagnesemia;
(4) Patients with hypothyroidism;
(5) Other reasons why researchers don't believe it is appropriate to participate in the study.
